Our services are designed to enhance safety, empower livelihoods, and build professionalism in the transport sector. From distributing protective gear to offering training, mentorship, and partnerships, we work to ensure that every ride is safe and every rider has a chance to thrive.
Our Programs & Projects
1. Bodaboda Safety Guards Distribution Program
We equip riders with certified safety gear- helmets, chest protectors, gloves, and reflective jackets- to reduce injuries and promote a culture of safety on Kenyan roads.
2. Riders Road Safety Training & Certification
We conduct regular training sessions in partnership with county governments, NTSA, and SACCOs to educate riders on road rules, first aid, and responsible riding practices.
3. Road Safety Awareness Campaigns
Through community outreach, roadshows, and social media drives, we raise public awareness about the importance of safety for both riders and passengers.
4. County & Corporate Partnership Projects
We collaborate with leaders, private organizations, and safety sponsors to roll out county-based rider empowerment and safety improvement programs.
5. Youth Empowerment & Skills Development
Under Pepesha Talent’s broader vision, we provide young riders with opportunities to grow their talents, learn entrepreneurship, and explore new income streams beyond daily riding.
6. Rider Data & Registration Initiative
We’re building a national database to help identify and support riders, improve policy decisions, and strengthen collaboration with government and insurance stakeholders.
